Incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the client to The Air Charter Group, or its agents or working partners, may be viewed as a breach of trading terms and any additional costs incurred will be deemed payable by the client in such instances. The Air Charter Group does not manage or operate aircraft on behalf of its clients. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall The Air Charter Group or it's affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to The Air Charter GroupSyJets’s terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using The Air Charter Group’s web site.
